Customer Support Agent – Dubai UAE

Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team and provide efficient, high-quality support to our customers.

🔹What You’ll Do:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and live chat inquiries etc professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns within established timelines.
  • Document and track customer interactions to ensure efficient case resolution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve service quality.
  • Maintain high service standards and contribute to customer satisfaction.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Degree in a healthcare-related field (preferably Nursing) or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a call center, customer support, or healthcare role.
  • Languages: Excellent English & Arabic communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, telephony platforms, and ticketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Key Competencies: Strong problem-solving, active listening, and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to handling diverse responsibilities.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges as needed.
