Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team and provide efficient, high-quality support to our customers.
🔹What You’ll Do:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and live chat inquiries etc professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns within established timelines.
- Document and track customer interactions to ensure efficient case resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Maintain high service standards and contribute to customer satisfaction.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Degree in a healthcare-related field (preferably Nursing) or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a call center, customer support, or healthcare role.
- Languages: Excellent English & Arabic communication skills (written & verbal).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, telephony platforms, and ticketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Key Competencies: Strong problem-solving, active listening, and time management skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to handling diverse responsibilities.
- Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
