Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Healthcare to join our digital health team. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams by bringing clinical domain expertise, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare interoperability and regulatory frameworks. You will lead discovery, design, and delivery of healthcare solutions tailored to customer needs and market demands.
🔹Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Clinical Requirements Analysis
- Lead discovery sessions with healthcare providers, payers, and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business, clinical, and operational requirements.
- Translate clinical and regulatory requirements into structured functional specifications and workflows.
2. Product Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with product managers and designers to shape product features, prioritize requirements, and ensure alignment with user needs.
- Author business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and gap analyses.
3. Demo Support & Prototype Development
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop scenario-based demos and lightweight prototypes tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain a knowledge base of clinical workflows and best practice configurations.
4. Market & Domain Expertise
- Provide subject matter expertise on healthcare regulations, payer-provider dynamics, and digital health trends.
- Stay current with local market policies (e.g., DHA, MOH) and ensure compliance in solution design.
5. Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback from end users, clients, and field teams to refine products and improve customer experience.
- Contribute insights to product roadmap discussions and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
🔹Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, health informatics, or business analysis; clinical background is a plus.
- 5+ years in business analysis roles within healthcare technology, consulting, or provider organizations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), clinical workflows, and payer-provider integrations.
- Experience writing clear, actionable documentation for cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and Microsoft Office.
